This is an excellent facility that caters for many patients. All of the staff have always been polite and caring towards myself when I have visited for appointments, the staff have even come to me when I have been so unwell I was unable to attend the clinic.
It is obvious to me that they are very understaffed and underfunded but still do their best for patients in their care 24/7 .
It would be helpful to have a facility where recovering patients could attend to do arts and crafts or gardening in a group setting to give them a purpose other than therapy sessions something practical and hands on to help them eventually return to everyday life and work if that is an option, all crafts made and things grown could be sold to plow the money back into Campbell house. I have experienced this in another county and it provides an excellent next step in the process of recovery for all patients with mental health problems and boosts confidence immensely.
Very good.
Preparation through care worked and a team 63 workers prior too group meeting.
Information about therapy prior to onset of course and during group session.
Availability of support through phone.
Caring staff and informative group (DBT).
Expanding team to help more with BPD.
We are treated with respect and sympathy and empathy, as we are all in emotionally unstable states of mind alot of the time to explain in group and individual therapy as well as telephone skills, to help understand and find possible solutions on daily lives especially in crisis situations!
Understanding and support given was very good.
Explanation of any help likely/ unlikely to be given could have been improved.
Staff 100% dedicated, caring, motivated.
Cause content very challenging but staff have the skills and experience to help you through it, and also acknowledge and accept if you feel unable to do what is requested.
The support provided is paramount and sw passes any other mental health service I have had contact with in terms of both educational and emotional support.
I feel unbelievably lucky to have been given the opportunity to work with team 63, and, whilst I have times of severe hopelessness, I also believe that.
Treated with compassion and respect by doctor.
